SÉRIE SOLOS

Série Solos unfolds as a cycle of creation that is renewed according to the context and the place it shares with the public. Between 2011 and 2015, several versions were presented, on stage or in situ, inside and outside, each time received with enthusiasm, as much by the public, amateurs or novices, as by the host places.

Série Solos is an ongoing dance experience where the art of solo becomes a tool to explore the intimate relationship that is created, first between the choreographer and the dancer, then between the dancer and each spectator.

It is also an experiment on space where the usual contours of the theatre stage are blurred, while a new stage emerges: the personal stage of one’s gaze and one’s inner space.

The solos come to life, interlock and blend in the shape of the duet or quartet, revealing a multitude of movements and dynamic situations.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT
